@Jottez... he is talking about someone who used to pick on him in highschool. Now that he's famous, this guy is saying about how they go way back, they're best buds and always have been, but the singer doesn't want anything to do with him. Basically, "You gave me nothing but crap because I was nothing and you were king, but now it's the other way around and I don't want you in my life." It's a bully, not a boyfriend.
