i send you warm wishes and better health to you dealing with chronic pain. it's hard and i relate. everything is harder in pain. i wish i could say something to give you relief but all i got is this eHUG ((((HUG))) for you. yeah i have to stay away from spicy foods too and i love them. but the pain afterwards just isn't worth it.
