We just saw this same phenomenon last night playing Golden Tee 2010 at Great Wall. Same dead guy same color clothing. My friend hit a ball onto the wall, which bounced off the back "guard rail wall" on top of the wall, which made it come to the base of the wall close to the position you show. It freaked us all out too!
