playing the nazgul I always made excessive use of the screach just because i loved the sound it made, and the Nazgul are killing orcs because they believe Sauron is about to loose and are rebelling, the Nazgul being Sauron's most loyal servants are charged with killing the traitors and retrieving the ring

The reason the nazgul were killing orcs was because the orcs and uruks were taking an oppritunity to take the ring for themselves while the nazgul were supposidly at the black gate and sauron told the nazgul to kill the traitorous orcs

@robloxisfunify Apparently, the orcs are rebelling and trying to claim the ring for their own. While it would seem that it would be better for them to fight humans, the humans couldn't have gotten that deep into Mordor, into Mount Doom, they're at the gates. Anyway, the Nazgul were sent to retrieve the ring, the closest things there are the orcs... Now unless you want them to make a whole level to do with trying to kill Frodo, the fighting orcs is quite logical.

no this is in an alternate gameplay mode the orcs are traitors and frodo took the ring for himself. and so sauron sent the nazgul to take the ring and kill all in their way.

this is the evil campaign, basing it on the idea that you kill frodo and he doesn't deliver the ring. Its all leading upto the rebirth of sauron. The orcs realise the power and want it themselves, so they fight. I think thats the reason but then again i haven't played this game for ages.

I personally like the Nazgûl more because you can chain the Power of the Nine attack together and it almost is one hit one kill attack. Terror Quake is badass but archers will shoot you on the head immediately when The Witch-King raises his hands...
