I make one with left over rice, ground chicken, minced mushrooms, diced onion and I cook it all in peanut oil (small amount)..but the sauce is the most important part in my opinion and I use the actual sauce from PF Changs.its basically pot sticker sauce, hot mustard and red chilli paste.
I have seen the actual recipe and its ridiculously huge.
Think I will have to try your version..I cook quite a bit, helps me relax.
