i give up with any wm mobile divices especially upgrading it. either of the two os (6.1 or 6.5) of wm mobile honestly sucks, microsoft just really doesn't know what they are doing. you can upgrade you wm smart phone in xp and in vista, but can't in w7. what the hell is wrong with them, w7 is suppose to be the os that can do everything that vista and xp can do.

Same here. It is seriously impossible to get this friggin update to work. Screw you Samsung. I love my phone, but they suck for not making this update work outside of like 100 computers in the world. Plus after seeing the few changes they made, I don't really care to even try anymore.

i also can't install this update on vista 32bit.. It states i need the (Qualcomm CDMA Technologies MSM) driver. I tried everything possible to find it .Modem drivers,The disc. ect.. I can only find it on driver detective.I For $29.99. I contacted samsung & they don't have a clue about what i'm talking about.Please help!!!
