@jmt11373 This song definitely gets better the more you listen to it. Put on your headphones to isolate Marjorie's back up vocals. That girl knows how to layer the right vocals and add, not overpower, the song. I think she makes the song.

Normally, DH is the best back up vocalist (yep, listen to H2O's Possession Obsession or Starting All Over Again and you'll see what I mean) but his step-daughter gives him a run for his money in this song. It's live no less. Glad you like it!

@timelessstudios the first time when I "accidentally" heard this song, I had my earphone on, the cool and soothing voice of Marjorie is icing on the cake while Everette's voice mystifies the listener. I will never cease listening to this song, will be another great song for DH. I cannot say "like" but rather LOVE this song!

I heard this song about two months ago on 94.7 The Wave, and I could not find it on y/t. As soon as the single went on sale on i/t, I purchased it. Saw Daryl last night on LFDH & hoped it was on y/t. Thank you so much for posting it @timelessstudios! The Wave interviewed Daryl in November, he mentioned that he's flattered by sampling of his music, was hoping he'd mention Mick Hucknall's Sunrise, but good to know Daryl's ok with it! Thanks for posting info on the vid also.

her name is March Fry (I prefer to think of her as a professional in her own right, hence "back up singer" rather than as his stepdaughter, apparently DH is getting flack from some fans for supposed "nepotism") question is whether or not she has the chops to make it on her own without his prods, time will tell

this song is reminiscent of "I can't go for that" I also really like Paul Picklo as a new addition - although T-Bone is missed, Paul really fits in nicely, and he's got a great tone and smooth harmony with the band.

@missylewisplatt I met T-Bone and Zev about 4 weeks before T-Bone died and at 5:30am Miami Airport. Those guys were total gentlemen and gracious. In fact, after I talked to them for about 2 minutes I wanted to give them there space so I moved on. T-Bone saw me 10 minutes later & approached me to talk some more. We ended up talking 15-20 minutes more before catching our flights. Class Act! With Paul, I love his playing. Check out his solo for Babs and Babs on LFDH. Amazing & demos his chops
