@wisemage0 Outland reminds me of MY game. I expect royalties now. Actually, theirs looks more inspired by Ikagura, the same game that inspired my Reforge.
@elheber Speaking of Royalties, have you started actually making money off of your games? Because they seem good enough to be legitimate flash/browser games. Oh, and what did you use to make the music?
Wouldn't it have made more sense if same colour things interacted, and not the other way around?
In the way that you could imagine the white plane being the foreground and the black one the background. So if you are black you are affected by black objects.
At least for me the mode shown here is more confusing than I expected.
@schtolteheim Both ways make sense in their own ways. Matter being able to pass through similar matter made most sense to me. Sort of like polarization of matter. Considering the theme is "reforming" yourself in different matter types, this seemed like the correct way to go.
That said, even if it isn't intuitive to you, it becomes second nature quickly.
Emm, sorry :) It's all ok with the demo. It's as good as it's shown. But i don't understand the mechanism of sliding through grey spikes. They should hurt me when i touch them, aren't they? Or only when falling on them?
@ychegr I'll upload it to mediafire and link it in the description tomorrow. The spikes only hurt when you fall on them, as it's assumed that you're walking next to them when you're already touching the ground.
Please, upload it some where, I really need to touch it. I use some inverting tricks in my game too, so your tuned job could be very useful to me. And please, finish it, it's really cool.
@elheber I really like it. It as a retro mysterical dungeon-platformer kind of sound. It would fit well in a game set in, say, ancient Aztec temples or the likes.
Good physics

Did you think of Ikaruga when you designed it?

Just found prealpha version in google, and, alas, it 's buggy: i can move boxes with arrows, can't jump and shifts sometimes. Please, upload!
