That looks great, nice job!
I do have a few notes about it:
-It seems to not have the same qualities as Dizzy. Dizzy spins the same speed, regardless of the speed mod. At 7:15, when the course activated 0.25x, the twirl of the arrows slowed down considerably.
-As far as holds go, there seems to be some kind of mechanic with Tornado happening. It definitely does not react well with Flip at all, as the holds keep their original path and don't compensate, much like Tornado.

-Continuing that last note, I'm curious to see what happens with negative 100% Twirl and Flip.
-The scripted noteskin changes caught me off guard. I expected it to maintain the Twirl, but with the one-sided skin, it would obviously be invisible for the back-end. I didn't expect it to completely stop.

It acts more like Bumpy than Dizzy due to technical limitations. The engine only supports drawing holds on distance from the receptors, and hacking in a BPM-based update is likely to slow rendering quite a bit. If I can do it without slowing the engine, I will; it's a peeve of mine too, believe me.
I have no idea at the moment why holds fly outward on negative Mini at the moment, and I can't really research it until later.

You're welcome to have a build any time I'm around; I regularly build for Windows or Linux, you just need to ask me for one or wait until the release. :P
We figured it would cause major problems if Twirl and Roll remained in play during noteskin changes to one-sided skins, so "no twirl,no roll" is added to all the changes in all the courses to avoid those sorts of problems.
