@INIGUEZELI "Cultura Inglesa" is a language school in Brasil. It's not a video about the English Culture. It's a video of this school to show the level of knowledge in English, from people on the street. The "acento asqueroso" is probably because the guy is brazilian, and we do have accent when we speak another language. It's normal.
