You said that your hair gets "used" to a product-- which is true, to some extent-- but I think that you are talking about when your hair doesn't respond as well to the products as well as they did when you first started using them. The reason for this is residue left behind by the product (it happens with all products!) and it can be prevented by using an anti residue shampoo (I like Neutrogena). That way, you don't have to switch it up, and can keep using your favorite shampoo! :)

I have black hair and under light you can see a hint of brown. I want to pick a loreal dye that can turn my hair colour to something like yours. Recently I went to pick up the Loreal Paris excellence creme C1 box hoping to turn it brown like yours but it ended up more of a reddish brown colour..I want your opinion on what I should do so that I can get similar hair colours results like you. Also, I`d like to know how long the hair dye colour lasts for you generally.

I've actually tried the conditioner and shampoo. I don't reccomend it for people with thin/fine hair. It makes hair clump together because of the silicones in it. I should work well for other hair types though.

I wish we had big shampoo bottle with pumps like that in the UK. I loved using Tsubaki shampoo when I was in Hong Kong but now its all gone and I can't imagine paying for shipping two large bottles :( Ty for sharing.
