Chris Pirillo is a great guy. I have been watching him for years. I started watching him on TechTV on (call for help) after they got rid of ZDTV & he was great at it him & Leo & they are great people & they seem really nice & down to earth & we are all lucky to have them. They gave me the drive to become a computer tech myself. I learned how to build my first pc from them & my a+ certification class. Cris is the man. Yeh Boy!

Excellent idea, the one flaw from my perspective is that some people with tech questions don't have access to a video recorder. That said, I'm in this catagorey with a few questions of my own. For example, what would be the easiest way to connect a computer's video feed to a TV when neither one is equiped with S-cable ports? If anyone knows the awnser or wants to make a video asking him the question that would be fantastic.

There still is a Call for Help... It's on G4TechTV Canada, was briefly on in the states, and is currently being revamped as simply a Leo Laporte show.

I agree about the TechTV situation. But moving on to my question. With Vista coming out, I am wondering what the pros and cons are of upgrading from XP to Vista. In my opinion XP has been stable for me, why should I update to something that will basically be beta for quite some time. Beta because most of the time there are quirks or issues with new OSs out there. Why bother compromising stability when I am comfortable with something that works? Does vista really have that much more to offer?

Here is my question: I have never understood how to set up a computer to receieve emails and internet connections and have always just sort of stumbled around until it worked. How about an organized step by step tutorial on doing it. And also explain what and when to use Internet Options, Network Connections, Network Setup Wizard, and Wireless Setup Wizard.
