  • This must have been a rental when new

  • im 19 and i own a 1990, it drives pretty good i'd say

  • @MrINZANE12 They were really good :)

  • Yes this would be one of my most favourite hondas for one too many reason; some like the build quality is strong that's why most still last until today ( exception of rust), and 1million mile joe made 1 million miles with his accord.

My parents had one in 2006 and it was supposed to be mine but we had parking issues so sold it in 2009.. The only thing i would say thats bad about this car is the steering- it cant turn for shit. Sounds nice though :D

P.S. Try less details when you review!

  • Love my 1993 exi has 180,000k's

  • proud owner of a 90 accord sedan with 249,000 on it...going to sell it for a 1991 black sedan accord with 117,000 for 1,500 bucks....love these accords....my gf has a 94 accord...not really a fan of it...i prefer the 90-93's :D

  • gotta love it im 16 and this car is older than me. but im plan on buying one soon

  • @9291901 I'm 23, this car is only two years younger than me.

  • the 1990-1993 Honda Accord was assembled in

    Marysville, Ohio, USA

    Sayama, Japan

    Nelson, New Zealand

    East Liberty, Ohio

  • knowing people have these cars makes me proud to own a 91 honda accord :)

  • @jsdima9113 It's a great generation

  • nice car.

  • The reason for the electric seat belts was to meet then new safety requirements. It was either with electric seat belts or at least an airbag for the driver. I love the styling on these. Accords of this era are notorious for rusting at the right rear wheel near the back about half way up. Before you even said it I was thinking what a pristine looking interior it was. I had a cousin who owned an LX that used to belong to her mom (my great-aunt). She got rid of it in '03 or '04 for a '99 Civic LX.

  • @Dunoj

Yeah but that seatbelt wasnt any safer as many neglected latching the lap belt which was so important. But yeah that interior was immaculate for a Honda Oldie.

  • @Intechdude300: Right which is why they're no longer used and like you I hate them and I wouldn't buy a vehicle with them. I'd take a '92 or later since that was when Honda finally started putting in airbags and I honestly like the design of the lights better as well as the slightly rounder shape.

  • thats cool how it has a limiter

  • Proof Hondas will last!

  • I have never seen an Accord before with crank windows and manual locks. But that one looks to be in pretty nice shape (better than the ones that Kyle reviews).

  • Why are you reviewing old cars?

  • @kamisxy

    Why not?

  • @Intechdude300 If this is a dx model then why is their a automatic transmission instead of a manual transmission

  • CB7, best Accord EVER!

  • I love these old accords. The only thing, they lacked sound insulation. Road noise was an issue. But other than that, they we're awesome.

  • Chirp, chirp, cant beat those old Honda starters sound - love it

  • what is that banging noise at 2:40

  • @ubuntulinuxrules

That was the hood of another car getting shut

  • LOL, the corolla does not even have a rev limiter. This is a 1990 car haha.

My dads 86 had over 200,000 before we sold it running perfect to a teen as his first car back in 03-05 I dont remember. He now drives a 2000 Maxima. All I remember is waving good bye. The engine light never came on ever. *sigh

  • these are REAL accords right here

  • wow great shape. would love to have that ride.

  • I had a 1990 Accord a long time ago, except mine was an EX-R with a 5 speed manual. It was a great vehicle
