Dust of Osirus is a future version of Sion who became the next Tatari. However, it's an alternate Sion who had never became a vampire and had stayed in Atlas as a mage; as indicated in V. Sion's and normal Sion's dialogue with Dust of Osirus in their storylines..

Riesbyfe is a "defense system" Spirit that Dust of Osirus created from the soul/memory of Riesbyfe. Riesbyfe rebelled. She's basically a Servant from Fate/Stay Night with the numbers filed off.

Movie? What movie? The only movies were Kara No Kyokai from the light novel. Unless you're refering to the anime of Tsukihime or Canaan (which is not owned by Type-Moon, the character designs were made by the same artist)

No I haven't read the VN, too lazy to go download it, I have other ones to finish as well. I should've figured it was something stupid as a fan thing. Ah well. You can't deny that there's an anime for it just because it mainly follows Brunstud's route and it was only 12 eps. It's a funding thing, I guarantee if they had bigger funds for it it'd be more broad and explain the VN's story better. Just saying, meh I'm not a big fan.. so what do I know?

It would have been awesome if it followed Arcueid's route... but they added in things that weren't even in the VN, the completely changed both Shiki's and Arcueid's personality, and they tried mixing in things from other routes without much explanation... Oh yeah, Yumizuka shouldn't have been in the anime longer than an episode or two... and they combined the two roa's into one character. They practically rewrote the story.

According to somewhere, Walachia drank 3 liters of Sion's blood. After Walachia died, Sion's blood in Walachia took over Tatari, and became Dust of Osiris.

Sion and DoO are seperate beings.
