@dirtbagwhitetrash At least Warrior always said Flair's name right, something he couldn't do when he cut promos on a certain 1980s WWF Flair counterpart.
thats when wwf was at its best! mr perfect n ric flair were great together! i absolutely loved their interviews n the way they bounced off one another! people like them are sadly missed, utterly brilliant entertainers!
The Brain rules!!! I really missed him when he wasn't calling matches in the wwf anymore. He was great in wcw of course, but I was always more into the wwf.
Good promo :) This was part of my childhood and I really cherish moments like that.
#SWAGG!!

The Real World's Champion gimmick was so awesome, and having Mr. Perfect as the ''Executive Consultant'' topped it off brilliantly.

That robe is f*ckin beautiful!!!! I was such a big fan of his robes.

I liked how he took a shot at Jim Herd and WCW

That Atlanta reference was probably a subtle reference to the NWA/WCW execs he had been around for so many years.

Was 1992 the best year ever in WWF/E?

Flair is no legend and a walking joke WOO!!

The "winged eagle" is still the best version of the WWF/E title... much better than that gaudy one they use now.
RyanKBoman 5 months ago 2
@RyanKBoman The Winged Eagle belt is for Serious Champions, The Cena era belt is for wrestling jokes like John Cena!!!

The match they called was the best on the mic at the time vs the worst. The Ultimate Warrior had some really bad promos.

Gordon Gekko. Donald Trump. Ric Flair. The 1980's were the era of the tanned rich son of a bitch.

i like how he says" and Atlanta Ga". you wonder how many people pick up on the references that arent really familiar with other promotions.
ghostinthefog1666 2 years ago 5
I picked up on that too. A definite shot at WCW and the NWA....

millions pick up on it.

I know what you mean, cupocity, but this one always made me laugh. Maybe it's because I was in the crowd and saw it live.
16times1 2 years ago
He's had better interviews in the NWA. Seriously if you're not familiar with his work there, go checkout some videos.
This aint even close to his best.
cupocity303 2 years ago
You are right if you take his 100 best interviews 97 were in NWA.

@ratesforless Flair was lucky that The Ultimate Warrior didn't CRASH his party and beat the crap outta him and Curt Hennig (Mr. Perfect).
