The left part of the fence seems disconnected after the ghost car drives through - and luckily for him/her, because it's only the left side, the fence sits still back into shape relatively quickly. Very human, unfortunately!

We watched this video in physics Friday. It was the fence. That type of fence is only hooked at the top, so the car drove under it, and by the time the cop was back on his trail, it had already came back down. The driver was either familiar with this type of fence or this area.
