  • you want to use leg power, not back and ur arms were partially flexed...very bad form could do more with good form

  • Your back was rounded and you didn't lock out properly.

    There's no chance that I could lift what you just did - You're DEFINITELY a UNIT - I wont dispute that.

  • Not a textbook or complete deadlift. Well done moving that monster stack of weights.

    It looked all lower back & not enough hip extension. Your posture didn't look right thru most of the lift.
