It seems that lots of people were enchanted by this charakter as a child. Me too! I remeber as a 6 years old boy I made a crossbow by myself using two sticks and a rope:) It was such fun! :))

Let's see: the female in this opening scene is willful, the Swiss literature character is played by a yank and the other major characters (the ones with talent) are Brits. Another one of those bizarre Anglo-american productions!

Will Lyman is a brilliant actor whose talents are under-rated

People forget just how good the television was in the 1980s. The only reason this wasnt released on dvd years ago was because Robin of sherwood was deemed too similar.
