Look at the date you fools, its nearly a year ago. Win 6.5 runs a lot better now than it did then. I wouldnt use 6.1 if they paid me to.

Would installing wm 6.5 replace the current touch flo 3d interface of HTC devices such as my very own touch pro 2? i really like the current UI on my phone and I dont really see why the new look on the 6.5 would be any better in my own opinion.

@lyrom23, remember all the companies doing are reskinning the basese of OS. To your question, you willl still have touch flo 3d interface, but you won't see that ugly WM6.1 skin. And WM 6.5, like Vista, it's going to feature transparent. So all your touch flo 3d will be transparent! like your home menu with the flipping calenders? they will be transparent too.

its not just about the look (which is way better than 6.1 anyway), but it's about the better performance and more features.

yeah thats what i thought, but its the beta/hacked build, so it obviously doesnt work as good as the real thing (I hope!)

I prefer touchflo 3d though, that kills every interface on the market!

the other phone that you are calling has to have video call option as well, and android is good but not the best, it wont accept cab files which is what windows mobile gets its applications from.

Bathel is a moron, and ignorant. It is faster than the iphone, faster cpu, although it should have a Qualcomm snapdragon instead of the MSM. The iphone is very limited to what apple wants you to have. Winmo can be modded to all hell. There are endless possibilities to the modifications on winmo. The only detriment is the gui. Which can be modified as it has been at xda. Look into what I am talking about and you'll find a world for the tech savvy and not the masses.

Lol! That is such a massive attempt to copy Apple's iPhone UI - it makes me sick. The whole UI, scrolling, unlock, browser Zoom-in, myPhone service etc...

I can't wait until Apple comes out with something new for iPhone this summer.
