I do not have the drawing that I originally made for this layout. I have a photo of the original bare bones layout with nothing but the track and blocks for the incline.
The layout is on a 3/4" 12' X 4'8" peiced together boards.
I do not live in Wisconsin and I can not sell it because that layout is in peices. This summer what I plan to do is completly different. The space in the only room that I can use for a layout will not give me that layout. I don't really know just what set up I'll go with. I have several in my head but I will know better when I get started.
I used mostly wood blocks and some plastic pillars for the incline and the go around and decent. The mountain is made from wadded newspapers and peices of styrofoam with overlay of plaster cloth. Used 4 different colors of spray paint for the color of the mountain.
This set up is no longer running. It is in sections in my garage and basement. I do have intentions of rebuilding it or one like it someday.
Thanks for the reply. I'm building one right now that is currently a 12'x8' "L" shape. I 'm going to try to incorporate your idea of the train going up and around the mountain. I think your scenery looks really good. I hope you're able to rebuild it soon!
I have a new layout I'm working on and the trains are running and I posted the layout a few days ago. I have a lot of work to do on the scenery as I hope to have the time to do it this winter when it's too cold and deep in snow outside. LOL
abhishekw, I'm sorry I don't have any more videos of the layout. I moved last year from Califorina to Iowa and I had to break it down for the move and I plan to rebuild it in my basement and hope to make it about 3 times the size it is now. But that will not happen for another year or more because I have more important things to do with fixing up the house and $ is tight right now.
It is little but big to mine it is an oval

Also what method of scenery-building did you use to make the incline and mountain?

Nice layout, I'm sorry you've had to tear it down. I'm hoping you'll be able to rebuild it and post it on YouTube in the near future.
