  • These two sounds are not even minimal pairs. For foreigners the problem is the 'a' in 'man' and the 'e' in 'men'. The sound 'i' in 'live' and the 'ie' in 'leave'. But 'mean' and 'men'... not so much.

    In this case, those two sounds sound quite similar, so it's hard to differ them.

  • Actually Rosa, These lessons are not for people who doesn't speak English. Why do you want to take pronounciation lessons if you already haven't been speaking English ? Start with grammar lessons.

  • @RosaCarmesi Rosa these lessons are good for an anvanced level....If some one is just about to learn it, then has to look for grammar., comprende....
