he shouldnt be so hard on him self he has a huge curve in his back. porbably takes away 6nch of hight. if he gets his back more straight he could get that 4inches back.

Then i started doing fitness and now my height looks so much better, people even shake my hand in public to tell me to be proud of my height, and congratulate me with my body :D.. so make sure you feel good about your height. :D
wow what a waste, he's only 6ft10 but his posture is terrible. Just think about all the NBA players, wrestlers,... who are incredible athletes that are taller than him
