I think Acquire needs to make Way of The Samurai 4 take place in a time where samurai had not yet lost much of their importance. Some Ideas I thought this game was going to have when I first saw screens:
Open Sandbox gameplay, expand on scale and freedom. Create a small Feudal Japan.
Many villages and towns scattered about.
Create lots of things to do, and good reasons to do them.
Full weather system.
Make weapon and character improvement more gradual and involved.
The styles are Upper Middle Lower Side Single (one handed) Draw (this guy) Ninja Spear Dual Swords Dual Ninja Swords !!!Shiosyo, does Zangetsu possess that blender move like in the first game? I obtained all skills for it but when I used a Special Scroll I learned _Banmai_ (or mei) but Zangetsu didn't actually have it. :( Please don't tell me that lame Back, Forward, Triangle(for me, Y) move is what im stuck with... :( I am currently using Zannkimaru(sp) the Long Bladed Draw sword.
I dont got the game, but I will get it and I'm very exited about what style I'm gonna use but there are no YouTube videos wich show the style stances, do you know a site where I can see them ? =)
You don't need me to show you what they look like, just use imagination. As a big fan of the First Way of the Samurai(a.k.a. the best one), I have to say this game is "meh". It's is extremely difficult to progress the story without *constantly* checking the map. The areas (while bigger than the first game) feel empty and underdeveloped. Events(and game progress) don't really happen unless you see them. So you are going to have to see them (skip them) over and over again. I would advise you rent.
@MoralDeQue I wouldn't put down 3 so harshly. I actually enjoyed it and will go as far to say that it is best of the three. Just a few of the new features push this beyond the others in quality. If you loved the other ones, then yes you should buy this one. People love to say the original is always better (movies, games, etc) but c'mon, give it some credit. If you loved the others, you should buy this (your mileage may vary) If only to complete the collection
where can I have that sword?? what his name? can o say it plz?? thanks ^^

Thank you for the help in English.
I can see that the expression of the styles in English.
The skill you said is probably "Kyoorannkabuki"(狂乱歌舞伎).
It isnt easy to use that skill because it is a bold skill. I think you d better attack the opponent just after opponent broke down the balance.
