The same thing happened to me! I ordered a dress from the site that I thought would have this jewel like beading under the bust and when I saw it I thought it looked like some accents that would be on a children's purse. I was highly dissapointed and I felt like the picture was decieving. I ended up going out and buying a new dress two weeks before my prom!

I bought my prom dress from ebay. it was custom made and I got to pick the color. It was exactly the right color and fit me perfect and it was only a fraction of what I would of paid in stores. This was three years ago but I suggest doing this is you want something custom made. Mine wasnt cheaply made or looking. it was stunning and the beading wasnt the fake looking kind that this website produce. so if you need a cheap prom dress try ebay...i know it sounds cheesy but it really worked out

I'm so sorry for your experience! I would have had a panic attack if that happened to me! I had a similar experience with a company about two years ago, not for a prom dress though. I was ordering a new bed set, and I found this gorgeous thick silky zebra print one, and I fell in love. I didn't actually receive it until about a month and half later, and when I opened the box, it was insanely thin and gross puke green color! I was absolutely horrified. :(

Thank you for your honesty. If the co. had integrity, they wouldn't be facing negative publicity on you tube. They made an agreement with you, they broke it, failed to remedy, and there are consequences. Good for you 3, you have great attitudes about it. Have fun @prom! For the one who paid, file a dispute with your credit card co, they'll investigate and reverse the charges. Too long to wait for refund from dishonest co.

I agree don't trust this company and the fact that she didn't receive her money back in over a month really seems shady I mean u can't really do much since you're from different countries but I would suggest letting them know if they don't give u a refund further action will be taken through your bank representatives domestic like that cuz the same thing happened to me with a different company and different item but I was able to get my money back the next day after saying that to them through
the prom dresses that this website features are designer brand [American or European] i've been looking EVERYWHERE for dresses and I've been through all of this crap haha. never trust a website without an official description and the fact that these designers are cheap already throws it off. The store i completely love is peaches boutique. i live in chicago and it's in the city however the site offers a feature where you can find the dress near you. you should deff check it out! google it<3 :)
Just never order from other countries esp. when it comes to prom dresses. This company sounds like a scam. If you order from other countries, and you don't get your money back and/ or the dress, you may not be able to take legal action against them. I would suggest sticking with local boutiques and US department stores who under US law must provide you with what you expect.

I didn't actually receive it until about a month and half later, and when I opened the box, it was insanely thin and gross puke green color! I was absolutely horrified. :(

LOL the company is English? Of corse they speak english ;) My bestfriend ordered one about a week ago and she got it yesterday, maybe its cause we're in the uK though :/ Sorry you had to go through this!

Omg thank you so much for doing this video! Megan (maybabytumbler) did a review of this website saying how awesome the dresses are etc, so I decided to look on the website and I found a perfect dress for my prom. I actually whatched one of the reviews they had on their company and the two comments that a video had where about how bad the company was!! So I think it was not a coincidence x) plus a whatched pictures of their dresses and i can ahore you they are not the same bran or quality ( they dont even look close) So thanks you sooo much I think we all apreciate your honest opinion !!!!

Thank you for your honesty. If the co. had integrity, they wouldn't be facing negative publicity on you tube. They made an agreement with you, they broke it, failed to remedy, and there are consequences. Good for you 3, you have great attitudes about it. Have fun @prom! For the one who paid, file a dispute with your credit card co, they'll investigate and reverse the charges. Too long to wait for refund from dishonest co.

I feel so sad for you guys, especially for Melissa, because she was so excited about her dress and didn't get it in time. I must say this blue dress really looks good on you! It looks perfect to your eyes, and I really love the make up!
I really hope Shannon will get her money back, because it would be so unfair if not. And I hope Laura's dress will be okay and look really great on you after all the drama.

I agree don't trust this company and the fact that she didn't receive her money back in over a month really seems shady I mean u can't really do much since you're from different countries but I would suggest letting them know if they don't give u a refund further action will be taken through your bank representatives domestic like that cuz the same thing happened to me with a different company and different item but I was able to get my money back the next day after saying that to them through

the prom dresses that this website features are designer brand [American or European] i've been looking EVERYWHERE for dresses and I've been through all of this crap haha. never trust a website without an official description and the fact that these designers are cheap already throws it off. The store i completely love is peaches boutique. i live in chicago and it's in the city however the site offers a feature where you can find the dress near you. you should deff check it out! google it<3 :)

Just never order from other countries esp. when it comes to prom dresses. This company sounds like a scam. If you order from other countries, and you don't get your money back and/ or the dress, you may not be able to take legal action against them. I would suggest sticking with local boutiques and US department stores who under US law must provide you with what you expect.
