I am living proof that their gramercy residents isnt a scam. Look at essensa, soho, soma delivered on the date or even a year ahead. Their a really good company their better than the states. Some people just dont have anything better to do than make up stories to hurt other companies. Not even the truth.
Hi! Found this statement from the same guy: "In reference to my column on alleged violations of HLURB rules and regulations on pre-selling and permits to sell, Amb. Jose Antonio said that Century has already been issued a "Development Permit" by HLURB. It has been granted an environmental certificate clearance by the Department of Environment and Natural Resources, all of which are pre-requisites to a license to sell. He expects the license to sell for Gramercy to be issued soon.

Yep, saw an ad of Gramercy last December at and it has a license to sell number. This posting is inaccurate already.
