Oh, he must be the blue guy. I've never played all the way through QFG4. Much like you, I'm not a fan of the VGA, point-and-click games. I love your Let's Plays. You should force yourself to play through QFG3 because many of us want to see you play it.
She may be a watery tart, but at least she's not lobbing swords at you.
"Listen -- strange women lying in ponds distributing swords is no basis for a system of government. Supreme executive power derives from a mandate from the masses, not from some farcical aquatic ceremony!"
Was it worth restoring and doing all that again? You didn't lose any game points, did you lose honor? Seeing as you've robbed a few places that probably wouldn't matter either :-p
I haven't played FF7, but I suspect that your analogy is probably correct.
I love Shapeir. It feels more like home than the city I live in IRL. This is how people start on the long road to commitment. (As in, being committed.)
Ah actually I thought it has something to do with being a Paladin. By upsetting her it can cause unpaladin-like behaviour as I myself love using paladins.
But oh well yeah sometimes I do that too (restore game) just to make things that little bit more perfect.
Anyway great to see Quest for Glory'iers around the world!! Even though I'm not playing its great to re-live the moments in the game since I did clock the game before. So continue posting! I'd be watching too. Great job.
Actually, I don't think how you behave toward Aziza affects whether you can become a paladin or not, although I know you do get a few bonus points at the end if you manage to impress her with your manners.
Thanks for watching; honestly, I'm sort of glad to be getting close to the end of this game! =)
Possibly, but that flower merchant in the Gates Plaza always tells me how great it is that I defeated an elemental as soon as I walk into the plaza. I think the reason she didn't is just because it's not the right day in the game yet.
Oh, and before I forget: thanks again for uploading all of these. I had an especially horrible day today and it was nice to have something brighten my mood. Thank you.
Oh really? Why do you say that? =) I don't know what it is exactly, she just reminds me of the woman I love IRL. I suppose I have a weakness for women who are intelligent and polite, but also assertive.
Why? I don't know, maybe because you'd take the trouble to restore your game and play everything over again even though it doesn't really make any difference? Maybe..? :)
You have a girlfriend like Aziza? That's pretty awesome. :D
If she were my girlfriend, I would have just said "my girlfriend." Nah, I just want to play the game right, and I'm trying to set a good example for all my viewers. Even though I won't attain paladin status at the end of this LP, if you DO become a paladin you get extra paladin points for impressing Aziza with your manners, so I'm just trying to do the best job I can so people will know what to do.
Abdullah: Good news everyone!

You beat one elemental it's heroic. You beat two it's miraculous. You beat four and it starts to get a little commonplace.

Im guessing that if you foolishly drink the waterskin with the Water Elemental inside (Aziza said it drains water from humans too)
you die.

Try giving the bum 1 dinar...
Now give him all of your money....
Be sure to save your game before you give him all of your money....so you dont end up on the streets of Shapeir.

I gave thumbs up on comment because I think you are right, he does dress bad. But you know what? I've grown to like it over the years.

4:34, just a question, is Ad Avis the wizard with a pure black portrait at W.I.T.?
bbryant0620 2 years ago
I think that's the Dark Master (from QFG4). Ad Avis has his own portrait at W.I.T.

Does it really mean so much that you didn't say farewell one time? One of those OCD RPG players eh? My kinda guy. lol

I think waterskin is a pretty cool guy. Eh captures water elementals and doesn't afraid of anything.

I've had it with these motherfucking elementals on this motherfucking plane! XD

Wait, Harik is associated with Fire, Keapon with Air, and Aziza with Water. Who's linked with Earth again?

I'm not sure, I think maybe Rakeesh.

I think the reason why they didn't praise you is because you're not close enough to them, maybe.

You're quite welcome, I'm sorry to hear that you had a less-than-stellar day... Hope things pick up for you soon. Get some rest.

You're rather sweet on Aziza, aren't you? ;P

Oh.. then I apologize; that was tactless of me to say.
"Nah, I just want to play the game right, and I'm trying to set a good example for all my viewers."
This is coming from someone who robbed a house, killed an innocent griffin, and looked at Dinarzad's cleavage..?
hercrabbiness 3 years ago 2
Nono, no need to apologize; I'm not easily offended. =)
As for the rest... Well, nobody's perfect. But I gave a centime to that beggar once, so I'm a good person after all!
LateBlt 3 years ago
About the robbery, he just wanted to show us it. After all, he is playing as a theif-paladin character.
He loaded a previous saved game after killing the griffin, I believe. If not, SHAME ON YOU LATEBLT!
As for looking at Dinarzads cleavage, well you can't blame him for being a guy, right?
