Nice vids. I have watched your other ones and wondered if you could explain in a vid how you plan to use all your power as you have way more solar than you need to keep those batteries topped off. I'm thinking you need to get some grid ties and an MPPT controller (resell the coleman air - it's for wind mainly). OR, get a sub-panel so you can run most of the home on the batteries fed by a 30A+ MPPT controller. An MPPT solar controller will give you 30% more watts over the Coleman. Thanks!

@Schweizer135 The Coleman Air is able to run 45 amps now but if I add three more relays I can quadruple that. I can run solar and wind at the same time, no problem, Coleman Air is a very superior charge controller to all the rest. The relays only cost about 7 dollars each. you should go to their site. I heard from several sources that Mppt were cheap no offense intended. The one charge controller I have is there smallest one too. you should see their big ones they have really big heavy contacts.

@Schweizer135 I wish I could afford to try one of those MPPT solar controllers. I keep adding more panels all the time and I want to buy a really big one.

Cool.  Hard to tell if you painted the frame. I worry about moisture when using wood. Will it sit flat like this when you're done?

@Schweizer135 yes I painted it with kiltz primer then topped it off with some tan exterior water base paint. Well the sun is at just less than a 90 degree angle right now, I am just working on it for now, but I angled it at a shallower angle just after I shot this. I will repost a up date later. I still need something to adjust it with. I have a few Ideas I'm kicking around in my head. This winter the sun will be at a very shallow angle. And yes the tan paint looks like bleached bear wood he he.
