  • I want to get an actual fire alarm system but I don't know where to buy them.

  • @NatzHaks How much?

  • @hyperbaricchicken101 Usually they sell for about $10-$40

  • @NatzHaks Ohh cool. I'll ask my mom if I can get one.

  • must be loud. I had my speakers all the way down and I could sill hear it. Sound like SpectrAlert.

  • thats the exactly alarm i have in my school(the building im in)

    I actually like them! O.O

  • you dont think you could help me build a panel do you?

  • No - I don't know the first thing about circuit boards, lol.

  • what was the name of the pull

  • Doesn't really have a name, it's just an ADT dual-action pull station.

  • o cuz i thought it was from simplex or somthing

  • No, I said it was a knock-off of the Simplex T-bar design, I didn't say the pull itself was from Simplex.

  • o i din't see the info thing

  • @weatherdan882002 its a 5050-001 pull station

  • @zachmamaw I know...

  • @weatherdan882002 and im getting one

  • It's an ADT 5050-001 dual-action pull.

  • thankz ^.^

  • i want one of these pulls.

  • Could you try march time with this alarm.

  • how loud is the wheeock ns?

  • In an anechoic area (area w/ no echo), it's 90dB @ 10ft on low, and 95 dB @ 10ft on high. It's set for low in this vid, but like the MIZ, I have a piece of duct tape over the horn. It's no where near as loud, but interestingly enough, it still makes your eardrums vibrate (even has an effect on the camera mic)...

  • could u send me 1?

  • I have a request. Do the Wheelock NS in march time with the Fire Lite BG-12.

  • The NS cannot be coded correctly because there is a half second delay on power up.

  • And I can't hook up the BG-12 because I'd need to install a 4X4 backbox (because it's weatherproof) and I'm not about to do that...

  • Not true, i have a BG-12LO weatherproof on a single gang...it works just fine.

  • how much power are you running this at.

  • The panel works on 120VAC, NS runs on 24VDC.

  • thanks weatherdan882002

  • do you have a GCC4(GENTEX Commander 4)? if so, can you film it in march time?

  • No, I don't have a Commander4. I don't have any Commanders for that matter - just mini-horns relabeled as Simplex.

  • nice!where did you get that adt pull station?

  • A friend, in particular, cjgoot.

  • How did you get the pull and the alarm from cjgoot?

  • He just sent them to me.

  • sick pull. it uses a simplex B key? did ADT rebrand it or did they mfg. it?

  • IDK...

  • I think it was manufactured by Simplex but designed and rebranded by ADT. ADT is known for doing that.

  • No, I'm pretty sure Simplex had nothing to do w/ it. Some companies just use similiar keys. The ADT key will work in my simplex pulls, but my Simplex keys won't work in the ADT pull. And when you compare the keys side-by-side, they appear to be slightly different.

  • Cool!

  • That ADT pull reminds me of a Simplex T-Bar.

  • That reminds me of your AS video. Cool pull station.

  • The NS looks better than the AS though.

  • Nice pull station, how much did you buy it for?

  • Nothing. Cjgoot sent me the NS and the pull station for free.
