  • If i don't see any changes when i look at myself in the mirror everyday. Will others see if they haven't seen me for a year. I started to lift in the end of august to surprise others in the next summer when i take my shirt off. Will they see a huge change after a year of workout. I have been lifting for 5 months now and i'm 17.

  • It depends on the person and how seriously you work on it. I am seeing clear changes in muscle after 3 months but I am going to gym 4 times a week and doing strict bodybuilding diet.

    So you can put on muscle quick if you are doing the right stuff! Sorry but I think you might put people off sometimes with sweeping generalisations guys. Anyway keep up the good work trying to help and educate people.

    That's because they didn't get their BF low enough, they had faint 6 packs in their transformation vid and the way to get an 8 pack is to get low enough to remove that last bit of fat covering the groove on the lower side of your lowest pair of abs.

    You know nothing and probably don't even have a 6 pack, so shut the fuck up, you have no idea what you are talking about.

Today approaching 2012 soon I'm 162, fairly lean for now. It's hard as FUCK, but you have to commit to it. In time, people around you will see the change and ask you for workout advice. Don't eat peanuts and do pushups until your blue in the face and think you're gonna be like rocky balboa in 6 months.
