I read that the mother of this teenager allows her daughter to be on youtube up to four hours a day.. seems pretty unhealthy in itself. In my opinion Youtube is NOT for children. ANYONE can post a video, do you want your kids having complete access to it? It should be up to parents to control viewing. Of course severely violent and graphic posts on youtube can be and are flagged as inappropriate but it is a parents responsibility to keep their kids safe, don't ruin the free speech on youtube!

I have two children, they only watch videos that I have watched beforehand and give the okay.
