Good job, but the automatic fire FX looks kinda fake. You should try get some better FX like action essentials 2 from video copilot. The pistol flash looks good though ;)

I thought it was pretty good, nothing wrong with the effects, infact that is what I like, not one of those "super-well-made-effects". But I noticed that the guy with the automatic assault rifle had a regenerating magazine xD. And maybe adding 3 bullet shot holes in the back of the guy who dies in the end, just adding a little bit of realism. In conclusion, well made scene, doesn´t need much work, but tweaking it might seem good.

Hey i recently got this program and other people don't realize that you have to take everything frame by frame. This is great. Although, what program did you add sounds with?

Yeah if your doing rappid fire muzzle flashes you have to manualy ky frame the possition. I used pinncale Studio Plus to edit the hand gun sound.

@MattexFilms2006 I would recommend setting the rate of fire a little lower though, try adding smoke and bullet hits if possible ;)

@MrTBaginz Yeah this was made 5 years ago when I did not have access to software such as After Effects and I didn't have stock footage of smoke to add. If I were to do this again the visuals would be a lot better.

FXHome software is not a sound editing program, the only way you can add sound FX to your videos is render it and edit it in a nother editing program like move Maker(Basic) or premire(Advanced) and add the sound there

Thanks! Also if you watch The Gun Fight V2 you will see that I have used smoke :) and plus this film wasn't a "was film" so there was no need for dust storm FX's but good idea! I might do that if i ever mak a war film! Thanks 4 the tips!

Id suggest testing the effects you are going to use before making a video, but its good, music and all. Also, I will suggest an airsoft gun or two, and be creative on your location, this will make your movie alot more interesting. Good luck with further FXHome videos!

Thanks, well I have been recently doing lots of FX's tests so i think i will be in good shape for any future FXHome films. Also in the UK the laws on realistic guns have tightened, you can only get two tone BB guns and the realistic guns are too expensive, and im afraid that my guargen is the most creative location i can find :( Thanks!

Oh well thats easy, all you have to do is buy it, to do the explosion I downloaded some induviual explosions from the FXHome site then i imported them in to EffectsLab Pro and murged two of them together, note that it was not one of my best explosions. Watch House Wars to see much better ones.

A recommendation for the next time: the muzzle flash and sounds for the MP5 are really bad, get it fixed. ;)

Besides that, I think the location/color correction was pretty well chosen and I wish you the best of luck trying again. :)

Honestly, I thought the Location was beautiful. I dont know if you used color correction, but the general lighting adn mood of the chip was very well dont. Only critisizms are that There were no gun sounds for the MP5, that he kept reloading every 5 rounds, and that some of the shots were just so drawn out adn lasted forever.

The Shots were great.

It seemed like you switched from a cinimatic veiw and a handheld, raw veiw, which I liked.
