I think it's awesome you're a vegan. I tried to become a vegetarian because i saw a slaughter house (Terrible)..

But i became very sick. I was tired all the time and i passed out alot. I was a vegetarian for 9 months. My mom had to force a chicken nugget down my throat. I cried the whole time. You inspire me. I've been thinkin about going vegetarian again and i need help knowing all the vitamins and nutrition i need.

@ecgrl14 When you become a vegetarian, you don't get as much protein as meat-eaters. You can get protein from whole grains (but don't over-do it with the grains, a lot of vegetarians do this and gain a lot of weight), beans and legumes, soy products, and nuts.
