Spirit Tracks takes place before Wind Waker after Twilight Princes. Or after phantom hour glass. My theory is before Wind Waker.

That doesn't even make sense, there was no Link before Wind Waker. Also Twilight Princess doesn't happen in the same timeline as Wind Waker.

Have you ever played Wind Waker Before? There was a statue in the castle of Link from 0oT! The link from the new zelda game may be him. TP is 100 years before WW.

Link disappeared from the WW timeline and never came back. There was no Link to come after him, that's why Hyrule was flooded. And Twilight Princess isn't in the Wind Waker timeline, Aonuma confirmed it.

Yes, it was. In the end of Windwaker and the beginning of Phantom Hourglass Link sails with the pirates and Tetra.^^

TP is in the timeline where Link never pulled the Master Sword in OoT. WW and PH are in the timeline where Link (adult) pulled the Master Sword, sealed Ganon, and left. The statue of Link in WW is the statue of him in OoT.

Adult Link after OoT went back to be a child. There was no Link Hyrule got flooded. But TP could be the new Hyrule.

Just because the game has the same art style as Wind Waker and Phantom Hourglass, doesn't mean its the same characters. If Nintendo made a game about before Hyrule got flooded wouldn't they use the same design as Wind Waker and Phantom Hourglass since its the same part of the story?
