It's not a bad scene. However, the fact that they share a kiss the first time they meet would almost seem to take away from the significance of THE KISS at the end of the movie to me. The symbolism of thier kiss in the last scene is one of happiness, amazement, and relief . As if to show that AT LAST they can finally make good on their being together, and showcase what they both truly needed to express after for all that time apart. It was building tension that made for the very intimate ending

i think is better that they deleted this scene...the first kiss on ice after so much agony is the best ever and it worths all the trouble..don't you think?? ;)

That isn't the song either. Man, I hate it when movies come out and have great music that you may hear in the movie but the song is never on the soundtrack or in this case, in a deleted scene. Many people have to agree with me on that.
