Okay, what the fuck. PS3 version, there's 3 people just standing around doing absolutely SHIT. at the armwrestling thingie in Union Camp. Preventing me from getting the Army scrap, thus preventing me from getting 100% completion. That's not it, the rest of the spots are DESERTED.

IT IS EASIER TO TAP THE PUSH BUTTON 3 TIMES THEN RECHARGE IT TAKES TIME BUT IT WORKS

my way always works

click and hold A (or x if you have PS#)

if the bar goes down a little, mash A until its empty and hold it again

if the bar went down A LOT, then hold A till it fills and try again

i've beaten the hardest guy in 5 seconds with this tactic

@crawfwil You have to go to Mexico after your assault on Fort Mercer. A story mission will drop you off in Mexico. Follow the game, and you'll get there.

where exactly do you go to find the arm wrestling?

@crawfwil I can't remember the name of the town, but it's eastward of Chuporasa in Mexico. If you ride around you should find it.

yeah, seems to work. they go through cycles of pushing and letting up

apparently it's more effective if you only push until you get halfway through the strenght bar
