I don't think it makes someone a bad person if they decide to own a truck or SUV, but if they put being higher up and having the larger vehicle most of the time ahead of fuel economy, gas resources, the environment and the other thousand reasons not to own such a vehicle, they are selfish to a high degree. People die so we can drive, and if THAT isn't reason enough to go as green as possible, I don't know what is. The "other side" has absolutely NO legitimate argument on this issue.
