Plenty of protein can be found in nuts, chickpeas, numerous other wholefoods. It's absurd this whole lacking in protein myth. It's about knowledge and applying that knowledge to get the right amount of protein. Meat eaters get too much protein though, animal fats and very unhealthy leads to a clogging of their hearts. My veganism is for ethical reasons but I laugh at all the misinformation from meat eaters on health.

you know that beans have loads of protien. also, yogurt has a bunch. esp, the greek kind which averages at about 14g per serving.

much more healthy, fewer calories. plus many meats have been found to be carsinogens. additionally, many microbs are transmitted via meat. not veggies.

A lot of vegiterians dont know which vegtables to eat to be healthy. Did you know mushrooms and zuccini are potentially unsafe if both are consumed in quantity together. I do believe however that most people that eat meat just eat too much of it. One meat meal week really is enough and way more than our ancestors ate.
