Well... I'm Biotech student and I suggest that if you are inoculating plant material in a culture medium, at least should have a lighter hand to avoid comtaminación, because the laminar flow chamber is not very protective after all

it is a very good video , i like working in tissue culture really it is the most interesting subject in biotechnology ( the agricultural biotech.)

Plant cutluring is a very important tool used in Agricultural biotechnology (the BIGGEST application of biotechnology).

@armusarmus1000 And what, in your esteemed opinion, would 'biotech' look like? This *is* part of biotechnology, along with a whole host of other techniques.
And the 'kid' at the laminar flow-hood only referred to most undergraduate programs. Not all of them. :)
