@l4d2survive Yes this game is now free to play. You do though have to pay for extra content if you want. There are three tiers for accounts, free, premium, legendary. Legendary is $15 a month and you get everything, premium is after $5 spent on the the I believe and its a good step above free. Free is basic and it wouldn't hurt to put in $5 to be honest. I like the game a lot because of the different powers and combinations. Try it out :)

But I know not All weapons/powers are equal, Like some weapons/powers are slightely than another at one point and visa versa, Like dual pistols are better 4 multiple enemies. Do u know which power/weapon that is slightely better than the others to ranged single target? Or are they kinda the same? I've read that handblast and rifle are good choises. @SJH2450 from what i've seen and played myself, all weapons have a variety of single-target and AOE attacks, and the same with powers. with the exception of Nature, i honestly haven't seen any single one type with a specific single-target advantage.

@SJH2450 it doesn't matter, no. personally i love the Bow (ironically for it's melee animations) and the Staff (also for it's animations). the great thing about DCUO is that you're free to choose the powers and skills that suit your own preference =)

@SJH2450 hrm that's an interesting question - i'm not sure that there's any 'best' particularly, as it really depends upon the way you play your toon and which build you've gone with. in my opinion all powersets have the possibility to be great DPS =)
