  • It was probably a spirit that had some things he didn't do so the child was possessed for a while until the spirits urges got through and about the incorrect names..... He is a five year old man comprehend that his vocab is not fully developed plus his memories did get stronger as he grew maybe he needed a little more time don't you think

  • He lived their in the sixtys or seventys and he was a little kid. Gillian said no children died. What if the person he remembers himself as is still alive?

  • She asked Gillian if she knew of a child's death, but if Cameron is only a child now, his past life probably died as an adult. Possibly even a senior..

  • @kosmogurlkt Is that some sort of law of reincarnation? How would you know that?

  • omg the music. i actually had to stop watching. im too freaked to go to sleep now

  • Oh, that is just what I thought, that he could be having memories of more than one life and he is mixing both up. I can't even remember things about my own childhood clearly.

  • Why did you cut out the credits...? That is NEVER a good thing. For everyone else, be aware that this could be a mockumentary, just because it is seems real, doesn't mean it is. Often it is said in the credits if it is.

  • I cannot understand why people must put creepy songs in this kind of documentary. This history isn't meant to be creepy, but beautiful. There aren't much people who are capable to remember their past lives and this boy is. It is a blessing for him to remember about the family he loved so much. Whoever thinks this is creepy has some problem.

  • PLEASE SUBTITLES!!!

  • I agree with wuwieeee the creepy music is so unnecessary I'm scared now

  • the guy has a point, he did remember quit i a bit, and if reincarnation is possible, maybe he lived multiple times, and his memories are getting mixed, but who knows

  • The details of the house, family name, dog, island, and the beach. Are enough for me to believe that this boy once live before.

  • @Wesley95501 for real!! like how is that even possible??? wow

  • Is the creepy music really necessary?

  • so what i think is maybe in everyone's brain there is existing other dead people's memories, but most of them are not activated. but in this boy's brain, they are activated...... woo~~ kind of scary

  • watchhing this at 2: 46 a.m. kind of scared!! X)

  • Watching this at 5.30AM like a boss.

Nah, just can't sleep because of really hot weather X(

  • The music is trying to portray a "spooky mystery" sense that makes you feel as if this is unnatural and beyond the grave.

  • Alright people we get it . The MUSIC IS CREEP. End of story. Don't need to see 10000 comments about it.

  • 2:09 - cameron gives gillie THE COLDEST STARE like she murdered him in the past life hahaha

  • I lot of facts in the film maybe considered a possible fraud. Hope we live another life after death. If not that will be a pity. :(

  • WTH is this supposed to be a horror movie...jeez!

  • Scary music! I was watching this at meh bedtime!! XDDDDDD lol but maan thats reallly weird! How does he know!? Must be scary for him too.

  • Really! Creepy music I'm watching this at midnight! D:

  • @TheIphonemaster23 same at parts I was scared

  • this music is so unnecessary

  • At least he didn't wake up in the night shouting "SILENT HILL!" and his mom thought "I should take him back there......."

  • does anyone else find the music creepy ???

  • It is true he's never been or seen the place exept his other life

  • @thekook123 LOL dido... Just finished this documentary 1:26am... Spooky

  • @theytoolove DAMN it 3? ouch i dun feel tired at all

  • Gillie.... She is lying. Look at her speak, what her closely.

Remember, Children don't have that social filter - he filter that protects the listener from harm or not- they won't lie about what they believe is true.

A person's emotions can be read through their eyes. Look at him. Look at HIM! His eyes tell that something is much clearer in his mind, than the mind of Gillie.

I believe she is lying. That is all. Hiding Something.

  • @Nevario1 yeah i think so too and they should investigate more. i was wondering too how come she was not so excited to see or learn about cameron. if i am on her situation i will be so shock and amaze anf for sure keep asking because that kid is for sure is a reincarnation from one of her family member.

  • why the hell do they have kreepy music im watchinq eht aht 1:26 am im freakinq skared. !

  • why the hell did the put creepy music?? Im like watching this at midnight.

  • sorry... I can't understand a word :(

  • even if this is fake, we have to admit it's pretty good entertainment!! :)

  • he lived in a different parrallele universe..

  • The thing is, if that woman was his sister, what happened when he "fell through the hole"? Seriously, what did the family do (supposing his story was accutate to that point) if the "sister" cant describe her own brothers then...Ahhhh so confusing !!Spooky!!

  • I agree with youtube. They put up "man sticks his head up girls ass" as a related video.

By the boy's facial expressions you can tell he loves to be in the spotlight when he talks jibberish. The turningpoint was when there at the house and the mother asked him if this was "the house". From that point he knew he was at failingpoint and tension got to high. After the mother petted him he knew this was his last chance to bend the story...and he did, but not so convinced after. Storytime is over.

  • They accidentally added a "V" in the title.

  • Yes i no Children have Carzy imagination We've all been one but peple this is fake i say no It is Real Because all the other programs on this "ectrodinarly poeple" evenything is real the girl with the new face so why Say this aint real but how would the child Know All this at the age of 3 think..

  • I think these memories, if real, are rather abstract like dreams, so names and such can not be accurate.

  • the human brain is amazing, we still have so much to learn

  • If this happened to me I'd freak out and just sit in a chair and not move for about five days thinking "what is going on?"

What if you died and then remembered almost everything when you were born again and then taken to the place you died in and taken to the place you remember in a past life? I would freak out! My mind would be like "This place is somewhere I never been to but yet I have.....in the past life." And your dead body lingering around you when your alive. It's like a major dejavu!

  • @aimeemadison28 shhhh.....

  • Only comment I see in a question unanswered is that he kept saying his father was "knocked down," suggesting hit by a car, not a car accident. As for a child dying, that could easily be understood as an accident or a missing person. The dog confusion could easily be him forgetting some details and only assuming the dog he saw was his.

  • We are helped in a lot of ways. Cameron was helped in a more obvious way than most people. He was not put entirely under the veil of amnesia for a reason: because it was very important for his role in this life to recover quickly the missing part of energy he had left behind in that previous life. This explains the initial sadness but also the happiness as he left with that energy. The memories can now fade as no longer needed.

  • Cameron was drawn to go back to Barra as following a sudden death in a previous life he had left some energy behind that he had to retrieve in this life. He was given memories of 2 past lives there to ensure he went back to recover the fragmented soul part. Now he is complete & won't be bothered by them. A past life regression using hypnosis is another mean to do that but it was necessary for Cameron to get that part as young as he was. His subconscious holds all memories.

  • @colibritt So...im guessing you believe in reincarnation and hypnotis then?

  • The kid has an imagination. Like any normal child. Get the fuck over it.

  • lol FAKE

  • Maybe he was Collum that she mentions, and for some reason, he was just remembering the family that would come and visit for the summers. He may have been the older man Collum and just felt so much like a kid again when the Robertson family was around that he felt like they were his family. He did say that his name had been Cameron in his previous life as well. Maybe he was getting the names mixed up. Maybe his name was Collum --sp?

  • what is up with the whale sound in the background???!!!

  • I'm wondering if the explanation lies in psychometry. If the Robertons were from Glasglow, it's easily possible that the child had some object of a member of the Robertson family. Being so young when he picked up on the other person's memories, he would mistakenly think they were his own--and it accounts for the mistakes he's made, too.

  • Theory 3: Gilly Robertson says there's no Shane Robertsons, but then offers a few possible explanations for the inconsistency. She's also interested in the car accident, asking if it was in Barra. But when Norma asks if a child had died, she simply says "No" and doesn't seem to want to know more/offer any explanations or suggestions. It may not mean anything, but given the old caginess of Gus's family over Gus's great Aunt who died, it may be that she or her family didn't want to share.

  • Theory 2: 'Shane' could actually be 'Jane' and he's got names mixed up in remembering them.

  • He can't have been Callum or Peggy - they lived to be adults, and it sounds like Cameron didn't. What if the dead father wasn't Shane Robertson, but Shane Robertson BECAME a father figure after the car accident? The fact he watched his brothers and sisters playing suggests maybe death from illness, e.g. consumption? So maybe Cameron was a brother of Callum or Peggy? Gilly, being little, probably wouldn't have been told such details by them or her parents. And lots of dogs are black and white.

  • This feels alot like Fringe! I imagine The Observers talking close by: - You were right , she doesn't remember Cameron. - How could she? He never existed. He served his purpose. O.o!!!!!

  • Really creepy when you're sitting in a dark room watching this at 12:16 am all alone in your bedroom...O_O'

  • @poochyenawolfy 12 50 am for me

  • @poochyenawolfy when i read that it was 12:18 am and i shit myself

  • @poochyenawolfy its 12:10 AM right now and im alone in my bedroom

  • @poochyenawolfy OMG i read this at exactly 12:16 am in my room all alone!!!!

  • @poochyenawolfy this video is 6 min long, and you have 12 min, hahah jokes on you

  • @visledisle ehmm... Look again, dude. It's not the lenght of the video but an hour - 12:16 am. :)

  • @visledisle I was talking about the time like on a clock...not the video's time -_-

  • @visledisle Haha no jokes on you because poochy said she was sitting in her ROOM at 12:16 A.M while watching this. You need to comprehend.

  • Some brains get the frequency of information exists in storage banks coincidently. I think this could be the reason of this case plus a new brain has not got any memory of the past. (read Billy Meier's teaching)

  • wierrrd, like a ghost or spirit was in him and had to go there to be put to rest. Im a massive atheist sceptic but even this shit gets me thinking, cant hurt to be open minding, after all science can't explain everything

  • If you were born again then you would certainly not have the same brain which wouldnt give you the same memories. So as its a cute little story its make believe .

  • @puffyclouddd1 Though technically you're equating the brain to the memories.

  • lol like this if you think Jilly knocked him off in his past life and is now lying to cover her tracks :P

  • omg their really is a ghost!!!!

  • It would appear to me that Cameran the little boy was Kalum in the previous life, the old man and woman with the sheep dog. Remember the little boy said that the dog was his. He is only remembering the Robertsons as a memory, not that he was a Robertson himself.

  • maybe the kid watched BARRAmory on tv - got the name mixed up and made up his own perfect family in place of his gone father. maybe be he did remember.

  • @TheBeautyMuffins its ballamory ;)

  • when he moved on to another life... like when he went into that hole,i think, and then he had a NEW life (FATE).. at that moment, when he had a new life.. god removed all the memories of his past family in his mom's sister's ect.. head.. for a certain reason.. (well that is kind of unexplainable).. and it COULD be a miracle..

  • some say that children who have not lost their baby teeth can see ghosts!because he's a child, his capability to correctly identify things are still messed up because he's not mentally strong as we get when we get older. the point about the ghost is that once a child loses his first tooth, he can no longer have that power to see ghosts! i think, as Cameron saw what he used to remember, the more his ability to know "more" subsided. do you think that God would allow man to know his secrets?

  • It's TOTALY A GHOST :P BOO!!!!!!!!! lol but it os so a ghost

  • I totally believe this kid he needs to talk more tho about it i wish i remeberd my past life cause i believe we all come back as different people . :) !

  • Is there a picture of the boy?

  • @indirulz1234 good point

  • Maybe the kid was living a life that was in an alternative universe to the one we live in now...kinda like in that show fringe

  • whats with the creepy music?

  • But i believe in this kind of miracle..only kids age 3 to 7 can remember some weird thing that we won't know...we might remember something went we are kid..because once we go to kindergarden... ur memory on past start to fade..and that is call we are moving forward everytime...

  • If the kid was living a life before it really should fit 100%. o.O

  • Dont use the logic/knowledge you grew up with to understand this. Dont try to give absurd explanations like demons, spirits. Just observe and be open minded.

My opinion is that we live in a simulated universe. By whom? I dont know but you have to look into quantum mechanics to understand more. Also look into "information theory" . The boy had information from a previous life in form of memory. I think the whole universe is designed to evolve in a specific way so that intelligence arises.

  • i bet half you guys dissing this boy and the belief in reincarnation in general are monotheists. tell me, what proof do you have of heaven and hell and how is that any more retarded than this?

  • @philo0525 i strongly believe the same. It could've been a spirit/demon of priveous owner moved into this boy. The reasons can derive from his parents/ancestors having encounters w/healers,magicians, or demonic power themselves. If this was approached differently, surely there'd b another story..

  • @Imyourcounciousness Its because when we are younger we are more vulnerable so maybe he was sleeping and it got inside of him... idk but i don't understand how a lot of people believe in demons ghost or the devil but yet cant believe in God.... I guess its easier to live in sin instead of trying to live without it ti humble our selfs.

  • a demon or spirit is inside of him.... but no one pays attention to that.

  • @Philo0525 LOL, you are funny.

  • @girlinsanfrancisco why am I funny =D ? I'm trying to figure this out. So... Whats your story?

  • This little boy reminds me so much of my nephew, who's 8 now. When he was 3 he used to call us his 2nd family, and he had a Before Family with a mom, dad brother and sister, and they all lived in Africa. He referred to them constantly, and would describe how when he was 9 they all died in a plane crash. He hasn't mentioned any of it in years, but he used to go on and on with detail like Cameron does.

  • Im pretty sure I was a flower in my past life. I'm not sure why.

  • I hate how they didnt put subtitles on the video. I could barely understand what theyre saying!

  • great watch out for sadam

  • WTF? It didn't even tell us how he remembers these things!

  • i bet they missed out all the details he got wrong.

  • None of the significant facts matched up. To believe this story is to brutally deny logic. I like what someone said about the content not justifying the production of this documentary. Agreed.

  • @rypaz87 Life after death was never logical, noone understands it. This documentary wasnt meant to defy logic.

  • Good lord, if all of this is cracked up to be, I hope I wasnt someone terrible in a past life...

  • Anybody else find this kid creepy as hell?

  • @bicnolen Creepy but Cute.

When he gives up on this past life he will be just cute.

  • there are many many scientifically unexplained stuff that happens to people... i guess thats what we're on this earth to find out and discover.. so many unimaginative experiences will happen to us when we live and, when the time comes, when we die. we'll just all have to wait and ride out the journey to find out :D

  • weird

  • i used to live in hawaii and then moved to venice italy let me see if i recognize those places

  • Ha, he was scared about that Gillian woman, because he knew she'd blow this elaborate story he's been telling for years...

  • @snowfish1121 You honestly think a five year old would have any concept of that? Get a clue

  • @jrzy49 Sure he would. Kids aren't idiots.

  • @snowfish1121 why would a boy since the age of two tell an elaborate story which was soo accurate... fucking idiot.

  • @lattoBadman25

    Well said.

  • @lattoBadman25 Ever studied child development, or spent a lot of time around young children? They are, indeed, VERY capable of doing just that. And his story really wasn't that accurate. The details that did match are quite broad...

  • @snowfish1121 No I haven't, but this isn't an imaginary friend we are talking about, this is an actual place he knows about but has never heard about or been to, I think it's ridiculous how people cling to every single word that this five year old says, expecting him to be playing off his imagination. I myself am open minded before being a skeptic, but ultimately if somethings can't be explained then that leaves room for further research and understanding.

  • @snowfish1121

why is most of what this boy says not nonsense then? there's no fantasy really involved. he claims he was another boy, who lived on Barra. seems a bit of an odd tail for a child of that age to come up with. it's just so normal. why would he invent another childhood, which is quite mundane really? he's not old enough to make up lies such as these and keep them going for so long. this started aged 2.

I've studied child development myself, but never heard of anything like this.

  • @lattoBadman25

Well I think some of what he was supposedly remembering was made up, because his parents kept asking. But some of it could be true.

No child death in that family though. he must have died as a child, because all he has are childhood memories of this other life. no adult ones at all.

  • @Rowan07001484 but maybe when he keep growing up, he can get more details or like getting the memories of his past adult life

  • Loved this, on many levels.

If I was to write this as a story, the end would be about secrets and mistakes, untold and undone.

And mother's love for their sons and son's dreams of their fathers.

There is an old woman looking at pictures of her life in Barra, knowing her son will come through the door, one last time. And we see the littlest boy and then we know.

Sometimes boys dont understand the dreams their fathers give them or how much their mother loves them, they just act.

  • The substance of this doc really doesn't justify its production. It's very simple: the kid rememers his past family; either that family is found and the story confirmed and you have the making of a doc, or else you make a doc on some other extraordinary guy kidnapped by a space ship from Nibiru or something.

  • There is a way to be hypnotised in such a deep state that past lives can be recalled in great detail. Read "journey of Souls" by Dr Michael Newton and it may change skepticism about this subject. True Atheists are the few exceptions of individuals walking the earth that are without souls.

  • We lose our past memories after age 7. We don't forget them, the memories become part of our character in order to develop better ethics, better choices, and better peaceful enlightenment. After enough lives, we move on to other worlds in the universe to learn new lessons and live new lives with friends and family.

  • Maybe he's from a parallel universe that is identical to ours but has changed in little ways. If you have an open mind and believe in reincarnation, than this idea shouldn't be far fetched. He is from a different universe so we are not gonna find his family in ours, only the similarities.

  • Creepy music is a little necessary though

  • How awkward was that phone conversation do you think? "Hi there! My son thinks he's your brother from a past life. Do you mind if we swing by and see if he recognizes you?"

  • maybe he had another life before the old one in Barra, and those memories got mixed in.

  • a Jinn wispers the details to him, mixed with some falsehood.

  • the boy probably did live before but his memory got corrupted with time

  • I remembered something creepy just now... My mom told that when i was five and i was in my room and she was passing by she heard me say "I had a daddy before but he died" O__O and we didnt have internet then but we did have TV and mom said i wasnt playing with my toys or anything. Im 14 now and i dont remember saying anything like that... Creepy...

  • sooo was he the dog?!?

  • rubbish

  • I've seen this show about 5 times now, and I really think the boy has legit memories. IMO, I think the mom was asking Gillian the wrong questions. There are only certain memories that the boy had to begin with, so only certain details could be investigated. Besides, the boy said about his Barra dad's death, "a car knock him down." That doesn't exactly mean he died IN a car accident, but instead from a car... IMO.

  • @Psyche1230 I think so too. The mom and researcher kept assuming he was part of the family, but they never inquired about his being the caretaker, who owned the DOG. Remember, he said "I used to play with my dog there."

  • The creepy music is not nesecary.

  • @mars10115 However, proper grammar is.

  • @IIIKryptonIII and your self esteem is?

  • When a song called "Don't you remember?" ended up in my youtube subsciption box just minutes after watching these episodes, I was so mystified and have now decided to go to Barra to find out who I am.

  • When the Robertson woman mentioned the black and white dog I completely freaked out, but then shane wasn't real so in a way i was relieved

  • they should look into the family that owned the dog; perhaps he felt a part of the Robertson family because they lived in the house as well....

  • wow what a bitch "theres one thing that doesnt fit so it cant be true"

  • they said he seems calmer... a ghost put at rest of the sight of there old house?

  • Wow! That gave me goosebumps.

  • maby its not a PAST life it may not have happened yet

maby in 20 maby 30 years a famly with the last name of Robertson get in the house who like decor of the 1970's and the entire story is true

    just not happened

  • @bobslayer1881 thats a very interesting theory

  • he is the dog reincarnated

  • @PINGUisMYlife maybe, he did say his dad got hit by a car. lol

  • BE GONE SATAN!

  • This*

  • There is a correct and easy answer for Thisted kids old-life-memories: too much TV..

  • so what that there weren't any child deaths in the family, maybe he died when he was older and was reborn, but had the memories of being a child?

  • Perhaps this could be true if you think about parallel universes. The boy could have his past life memory from another parallel universe. A universe that is slightly different than the universe where he lives in now. So the name of the father could be correct, and also the car accident could fit in that reality. I'm just saying that this is not a huge coincident. Something more is going on. Something that will be explained by science in the future. A completely new world view

  • @JTverse I believe in parallel universes to.

  • attention seeking nonsense

  • @BitchFunkband quite like your post then to be fair

  • another option: maybe he remembered his other past lives too and got the names mixed up :/

  • Well of course some of the facts aren't going to match. He was a little kid then and he is a little kid now. When your young it's hard to get all the details right. Even if they don't fit perfectly they are still very very close.

  • When I was about 13 there was a book called 'The Search For Bridey Murphy'. A 'psychologist(?) performed 'past life regression' on a woman who insisted she remembered a past life in Ireland. I was totally fascinated, as were thousands of others. Sadly, in the end it was all proven to be a hoax, but for years it drew many people in. I really WANTED to believe, and it kinda broke my heart when the truth emerged. Since then I've been more than skeptical about this topic, but it's still fascinating.

  • I've been trying to figure out why I've had memories of a pastlife in a small wooden cottage in Maine with a view of mountains, and now I think my memories r factual

  • why don't i remember my past lives?!

  • @starlogic99 maybe your new.

  • @starlogic99 Because you were a leaf...

  • i knew it, i knew the answer why his father is called shane robertson, that kid must have come from the parallel universe that is slightly different from our's and also slightly the same as a result of every decision we made. anyone got some opinion on this?

  • @carinyuso I think the same! ;)

  • maybe that was is death from is past life ....... The car accident

  • Mommy...

    What?

Now I remember that i'm Chinese, lets go to China

  • When it comes to the occult and the mysteries of life, death, the soul ect. You will find many occasions where things come close, but don't fit one hundred percent. This story rings true with a lot I've heard before, and vibes with experiences I've had. That being said, sometimes things match up perfect. We could do occult theory for decades on this one. But it's better to keep things in theory, and with as little ego as possible, otherwise lunacy becomes inevitable.

  • I did not understand her with that language!

  • SERIOUSLY,IS THE CREEPY MUSIC NECESSARY?!

  • maybe it's absolute bullshit

  • Or...

Those memories might not be his per se. It could be a spirit playing a trick on him and actually putting those memories in his mind. He would be perceiving it as his own.

That is, there is no rational explanation for that. One interprets it according to one's own faith.

I personally do not believe in reincarnation.

  • Parallel dimensions, I was definitely thinking the same thing.
