@ubersupernoob Nope; there was a reissue a couple of years ago and you can find a used one of those fairly easily. Perhaps they might do another reissue in future.

Oh ok i want to install an edge zeroII point spring system and jus wasnt sure if it would be compatible(other than the spring roller pin).

As far as drop c tuning and clarity, would the JP set be a good choice?

@primesuspect15 Yeah the JP set is really great, it's on my 7 and it's real clear

and punchy. Yeah, I'm not sure about the bridges because I know they have

those different springs on them and the routing is all crazy.

im jus curious. i have an ibanez rgd 320. i hate the edge 3 trem so i am curious if i could put on a better edge trem on it that would fit this model guitar properly?

@IbanezGuy88 this may sound like the same question as the the other guy but why do you use Ibanez over Gibson and B.C. Rich and others. is it just that they're better for your style of music or what?

@shel727 Yeah, mainly preference. I feel I play at my best with Ibanez guitars.

Other companies have great guitars as well, but I feel they don't suit me. It varies

by shape/look.

in the future, along with a Malmsteen strat and a Les Paul.

I have a question about that EQ - I've got a Combo Amp plugged into a bigger cab right now, and although it sounds decent enough, the tone is a bit too bassy, and it needs just a little more crunch. I EQ'd my amp tone through Cubase, but for live performances and overall practice, I can't use that. So I'm wondering if getting one of those EQ pedals would be worth getting, and if tweaking with it can affect the tone of the amp enough to bring out a bit crunchier of a tone.

@Bassbait It's possible. I'm not sure how you have your settings on the amp but I'd try to

back out the bass and bring more mids, add more presence and treb. If you still need more. Maybe

using a OD Pedal but in all, yeah the 12 band could help out. I never really got into it that much for

I felt it altered the amps' natural tone a little too much.

@IbanezGuy88 Well I think I'll try one out at Sam Ash some time just to see. I can't really get my amp to back out the bass through the cab because it doesn't end up sounding right. I'd like to add more Treble but my Treble is already maxed out...

Keep in mind I'm mega ghetto when it comes to everything, 300 dollar guitar, 300 dollar amp, 150 dollar cab, etc. So I'm trying to make the best I can with what I have.
