It always makes me laugh when an actor 'soap dodges'(eg: Beth was Ruby in'benders') - but watching this video reminded me that Angie Watts was Phils mum but now he has left The Bill, He is a member of the cast, whoes main characters are the Mitchells, who took over the pub, The Queen Vic, that was origionally run by his mum!!!(sort of!) - He will be missed but at least UK Gold is showing him still as the Dirty Den of the Bill...
