For ex. they gave "rights to bear arms" and property rights because of what is in Scriptures. Even Thomas Jefferson wanted children to go to school so they could read the Bible. If you will look at Europe & the US, at protestant countrires that really accepted the Bible at their inception, you will see far more freedom & individual propsperity than in pagan & RCC nations.

There has historically been no separation of Church & state. Schools universally taught using the Bible. We got an amendment to stop a STATE religion like RC.

For ex. they gave "rights to bear arms" and property rights because of what is in Scriptures. Even Thomas Jefferson wanted children to go to school so they could read the Bible. If you will look at Europe & the US, at protestant countrires that really accepted the Bible at their inception, you will see far more freedom & individual propsperity than in pagan & RCC nations.

There has historically been no separation of Church & state. Schools universally taught using the Bible. In a Supreme Court Case I think in the 19th century it was stated that America is a Christian nation. You can see Moses & the 10 Commandments on the wall behind the Supreme Court. We got an amendment to stop a STATE religion like RC.

Americans love to moan about our royalty, well sorry that our country is old enough to have traditions. It's ironic considering the U.S. is ruled by the pseudo-royal houses of Kennedy, Clinton and Bush. Commentators with a brain would realise that these archaic traditions strengthen our democracy by keeping the person with executive power (the Prime Minister) very much down to earth.

really king and queen now days are no more than just icons of the countries. if the held the political responsiblity like in the old ages prince william would never have been the president of the FA and prince harry in the army. now days they are just national icons. queen is too old to do stuff so she just visits places and probably does some stuff for promoting charity. the two prince well i dunno what harry does but wiliam is occupied with the FA its mainly the parliment now.

i don't think you understand, while i want the monarchy to stay i don't think of them as "godly" or "sacred", i know there just people as regular as you and me, i admit its a bit outdated but i would be heartbroken if the monarchy was completely taken away

It is not against the law to touch the Queen. However, for the Queens personal protection it is understood why. I wonder what would happen if I a mere mortal touched the President of the USA. Besides being on the news for the next year every day, I would probably be dead. Mrs Obama is a quest of the Queen here and there is no danger, So no harm was done by it. I am sure the Queen was as surprised as any one by the fuse over it.
