You first fight Phantom in the first Mega Man Zero game, and *SPOILER* he dies after you fight him during the final stage. *SPOILER* He appears as a secret boss in Mega Man Zero 3, but you can only fight him if you connect to someone who has Battle Network 4 by going to the terminal in Ciel's lab, go into cyberspace in Sub Arcadia and find him

reasons to why phantom is awesome:

-He is one of the four guardians

-He is a NINJA

-He can fly at an SPINNING SHURIKEN, without spinning with it

-he can make you blind and throw mortal kunais at you meanwhile you try to figure out where he is

-He can fight against you even after he's DEAD(MMZ3. also, he's a ninja, so it's not that impressive... but still awesome)

and there we go, we have an awesome character.

What makes it worst was the original idea was they survived and they even drew post-MMZ3 artwork of them helping humans out of Neo-Arcadia and witnessed the fall of Ragnorok. Then that Complete Works comes out and goes "lol disregard that. We suck cocks. They just stood there with a deer in the headlights look in front of Omega lolololololo".

Sub Arcadia is just an underground version of Neo Arcadia.

I suppose it would be considered a back up society or something. But it seems like a hide out for weil more or less.

those are different parts of Neo Arcadia o.o and Arcadia was destroyed in the elves war... then Ciel created a new one called Neo Arcadia.... that was divided in areas (Sub Arcadia for example)

she only created copy x. thats what she only mentioned in MMZ1. Neo Arcadia was founded after the elf wars and maverick wars. Ciel didnt even exist in that time. She explained she caused all of the reploid opression from creating copy x.

No.. it was Ciel who create neo arcadia to reploids and humans live together, then she created copy x (who was a son of a bi**) and then ciel had to escape with other reploids so they don't get exterminate by copy x.

@jorgelunaalvarez look i have MMZ official complete works, and i looked it up. Neo Arcadia existed 100 years ago, before MMZ even begins. The timeline is right there. if you have a copy, check it. even the uploader agrees that X founded Neo Arcadia. the timeline in the book says X found Neo Arcadia, and then is threatened by shortage and the reploid opression begins. Ciel who works as a scientist there organizes the Resistance later to fight the opression.
