Although I am upset by his tough stance against gay marriage, I have to say that he is very respectful when talking about gay relationships in general (Compared to Gingrich, Santorum, etc). Mitt Romney, you're not getting my vote but I do respect you.

why do close-minded people insist on "man and woman"? I don't get it. I would only care to be raised by loving and caring parent(s). Why would I care if they have a vagina or a penis? Either way, as a child we always get in contact with men and women on a daily basis. And then indirectly attacking single parents, wtf? so, say, without a "licensed marriage", if one person in a gay couple ends up in their dead bed in the hospital, and the hospital doesn't acknowledge the partner as a relative because they are not "legally married", meaning you can't stay with your wife or husband when she or he is dying, is that something that "the benifits of the society" don't concern?
