I normally don't like 'healthy substitute' recipes (they never taste as good as the "bad" version). So I normally prepare healthy foods as a healthy food, but this one was awesome. I plan on making it again and again.
Hey I just found your channel and I love it! word of advice if you want to make it easier to cut the spinich you should take it and roll it up together tightly like a cigar. Then you can cut strips and then just repeat if you want it smaller strips.

SOME ONE ANWSER ME ;(
great recipe .. try this as well..go with full fat greek yogurt and skip the olive oil(or just add half a teaspoon if you need the taste since 2 tablespoons pack a shitball of calories) and go with either dill or parsley (for some reason to me they don't go together well but de gustibus.. )and make sure they're fresh,esp the parsley . another variation would be to skip the garlic and use just half the spinach and finely chop up some green onions and add a bit of fress dill
I bought the huge green stevia bag that u have and i looked at the ingredients and it has maltodextrin(GI=100) as the 1st ingredient then stevia so imo u should only use it post workout but its just advice, u dont have to follow it, im just trying to watch ur back
I love watching your vids, Micheal . But you use Protein powder ( Im 13) And im wondering if there is anything other that i can use? Im kinda ''Afraid'' To try the protein powder, And my parents wont let me by it, But i was wondering if i could use something else? :) Thank you
I think you should try and inform your parents that protein powder is exactly that: protein which has been isolated and put into a powder form. I was speaking to an ex-world champion boxer and nutrition expert very recently and he recommended getting everyone taking protein powders as they are an excellent form of getting good quality protein without excess grease, calories, carbs etc.
@xMjelva - Why would you be afraid of protein powder? Lol it really is just protein in powdered form. It's like being afraid of eating chicken because it has a high protein value.
Another recipe I challenge you to do ( LOL , I know you are gonna win this challenge but any ways ) , Healthy chinese food, like fried rice with chicken and peanut sauce or chicken wok, anything really , as long as its you who makes it and its super healthy and tastey :D
@leanbodylifestyle Can you show us more things to do to flavour chicken like sauces and stuff...or more healthy sauces to put on pasta? Just getting tired of always having the same plain tasting chicken all the time..
