Do you mean, how to turn into Super Sonic? It's simple. You have to collect all the Chaos Emeralds. If you collected all of them, collect 50 Rings and Sonic will turn into Super Sonic automatically.

@TurkishBullet19 it will not turn "automatically" into super sonic! you jump and press A while in air! oh and you dont have to collect the emeralds. there is a secret trick for this too and is easier than trying to collect all emeralds!

@Englavian or so if you have a ps2 on ps3 or well anything on your game sistim. but not sega genisis complete the game then it will say cheats on the paues menu. or revew cheats..then it will tell you bye.
