there are a lot of guys doind this kind of stuff on youtube and I think it´s amazing, I can´t do this (boy now I guess) but there is something I don´t get, why can u do this with a picture and when u have to draw without a reference u just can´t be that good, an artist can create, someone who copy is just good at copying... anyway five stars

The face is quite perfect, but to me, the neck looks like rubber and doesn't seem quite finished. Makes the face jump out a bit since its more detailed, and the neck looks blurred, like it's in the background.

True, very true. Yet drawing with a hand is slightly harder, because if you make a mistake, you cannot just redo the lines or use a different layer. But yes, you are right, both require good skill to do a good painting.
