yeah i found out the hard way mine wasnt water proof. just a monster truck. goes about 30 to 40mph. drove it in the rain through puddles, and the power converter or the ESC is completely FRIED. gotta buy a new one.... it was actually smoking a little bit.

Nearly all Traxxas cars r waterproof. I ran my E-revo (electric) in the rain and drove in lots of deep, muddy puddles yesterday and its still running fine the next day.

Use a radio-box from a Revo 3.3 or use a waterproof reciever...

You also need a waterproof ESC and servo, Traxxas makes both; other companies make waterproof ESCs, but not servos...
