  • There's a lot of bands on the crass label that I don't think are anarcho-punk (lack of knowledge, the mob, the zounds, etc...) me and my friends argue about this all the time

  • Can we just please enjoi the song?

  • wellI guess you'd need to establish the beginings of goth and death rock too.

I'm not even sure what or who you mean by death rock, I certainly wouldn't put the mob in either catagory but can see slight elements of both in there.

If by death rock you mean songs about satan, the occult and the dark side of our tortured souls then I guess you could say black sabath were there years before anyone else. I would have put the banshees and the cure as being the roots of the punk/post punk goth bands.

  • I just saw these a couple of weeks ago and they were incredible!'still powerful after all these years.Easily one of the best bands i've ever seen.

  • They kinda remind me of rudimentary peni

  • @monster4585

    lol why?

  • Anarchy & Peace is what I want.

  • saw them last night, best"re-forming" gig ive ever been to.

  • This band has recently reformed in the UK and is playing a big show with some other reformed Anarcho bands in a couple of days.

  • The mob ,goth ! bollocks ,they were an anarcho punk band from the crass camp . brilliant band .

  • @homebrew95 I agree :)

  • At the time this was released goth was barely in it's infancy and there was (thank god) no such thing as death rock

  • Really? Because if I recall Deathrock started soon right after the punk scene became a big angsty exploited mess.

  • "anarcho-goth"... i like that ;)

  • In my opinion this seems to be more anarcho punk than deathrock/goth, they have other songs more gothic

  • Love this song--perfect expression of hope, despair, and rage.

  • i went to camden town to a record store some 15 years ago askt for mob lp/single to discover someone bogarded it right infront of me

  • The view on the cover of this single looks like the view from Ham hill near where they band came from.....

  • thx man

  • Living here where the sun hits the street

Peace (Black) flags flying in the breeze

of illusion, a mirage in the desert

Lights at the end of the tunnel

    Repeat Chorus

  • Living here at the gates of hell My body is a bombed out shell Devoid of feeling, devoid of life The only flame is a flicker in my eyes Living here at the depths of pain the sun is blacked out by the rain that keeps on falling, as the blood keeps flowing Lights at the end of the tunnel (Chorus) At the gates of hell Where the corpses yell And the only sound Is the toll of your death bells
  • @eyesaw77 thanks a million dude.

  • @eyesaw77: Oh my god! I bought the album a few weeks ago and I was heartbroken when I found out that it didn't contain the lyrics. Is there any chance that you have the lyrics for the other songs? I'm sorry for my bad english!

  • anyone kno the begining lyrics?

  • most amazing song

  • be at rebellion 2010
